This will be involved in phase one of development. How exactly will we break down legislation into it's component parts? How do we do this in a nuetral fashion?
Consider Law Students.
Consider Professors at Law schools.
Consider offering scholarships for $500.00 for the best breakdown of new legislation. Consider offering $250.00 for each revision of that legislation.
We may have a contest for the over-all best proformanace by a student, professor or college who provides us with consistent analysis of legislation.
We also need to recruit pro and con analysis of legislation. I'm sure the sponsors and authors will provide the pro... but will they be available for questions? Offer comments on the vote.
And then we have the focal point, what do our selected representatives think about the legislation? What are their views how will the vote, and what do they think of the results of CTN voting? Agree or Disagree, and Why.
